Thanks to our broad network of service technicians throughout the countries where we operate we ensure minimal traveling times to the client’s power plant.

Service is managed from our Operator Centre in Prague, Czech Republic and is based on the unique monitoring platform, which has been developed and is continuously tested and improved according to our technicians’ immediate experience and customers’ feedback. Due to that our reaction time is highly optimized and we are usually capable of restoring proper power plant operation within four hours after a major fault is detected.
